Exchange Policy
• We offer exchanges only within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
How to Request an Exchange

2. Once your exchange request is approved, please ship the item(s) to:

3. After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your exchange.
Important Notes
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested item is out of stock, we will work with you to select an alternative of equal value.
• Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
